This is the highly anticipated Nissan GT-R Nismo which will be officially unveiled tomorrow in the report of Tokyo. Mechanically the twin-turbo V6 3.8- liter engine has been strengthened and now delivers 595 horses at 6,800 rpm with 650 Nm of torque, significantly improved than those produced by MY2014 version of the GT-R (545 horses with 627 Nm torque ).
This increase of 50 hp came from the new exhaust, new air intake, larger turbo derived from the GT3 version and epanarythmismenis ECU. The Nissan even says it can make the engine produce even more horses , but then there was a risk it could not sustain the gearbox. It is rumored that the 0-96 km/h makes in just 2 seconds!
It has a larger capacity oil pump, tougher suspension and thicker anti-roll including a 17mm hollow piece in the back. The electronically adjustable suspension has three settings Track, Race and Race Plus.
