With Gran Turismo 6 be in the market for a few weeks, the Lexus has a teaser photo of their Vision Concept, which will be available sometime in the game via DLC.
From the teaser photo one can not conclude much, except that the original is a sporty two-seater coupe vehicle painted in red color, with metallic details, big wheels and LED luminaires.
