BMW with a new video wants to show us that the BMW i8 is the most environmentally friendly sports car ever built. The 1.500 cc cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine performance 231 hp and 320 Nm of torque combined with an electric motor performance 96 kW (131 hp) with 250 Nm of torque, yielding combined 362 hp and 570 Nm of torque.
The 0-100 km/h makes to 4.4 seconds before catching the 250 km/h. The important thing of all is that the car has an average fuel consumption of just 2.5 litres/100 km, having electric range of 35 miles with a maximum speed of 120 km/h when driven solely by the electric motor.
