2014 Toyota Harrier fully revealed in Japan with optional hybrid setup

Is scheduled to go on sale on December 2nd with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine mated to a CVT sending power to a standard two-wheel drive or an optional four-wheel drive system.

The Toyota officially launched in Japan in 2014 Toyota Harrier. The car is essentially a Lexus RX and sales will begin from December 2nd.

Initially, the Harrier will be available with a two-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine performance 151 horsepower and 193Nm of torque is combined with a CVT gearbox and in this version, all-wheel drive is extra. The Toyota announces consumption of about 6.2 liters per 100km on the Japanese JC08 cycle for the Harrier with this configuration.

If the acquirer chooses to wait until January 15, 2014, you will be able to order and the hybrid version of the Harrier. This has a 2.5 liter gasoline engine combined with an electric motor for a total yield of about 196 horsepower torque 206Nm. It is worth noting that the hybrid version is offered exclusively as a four-wheel drive.

The 2014 Toyota Harrier starts at 2.720.000 JPY -20.300 EUR – for the basic version and the hybrid has baseline 3.610.00 JPY or 27.000 EUR.
