While we’ve seen spy photos of the facelift of VW Scirocco which will be released in 2014, latest reports say that the next generation of Volkswagen Scirocco will be unveiled in 2017.
The new generation Scirocco will be completely redesigned, turning into a purely Scirocco sport coupe vehicle. This means that the car will lose the feature of current design but will remain a four-seater with large luggage.
Though of course it is too early to talk about driving sets, the same source reports that will be supplied with the 1.4-liter TSI with 125 horses, the 1.8-liter TSI with 180 horses and the 2.0-liter TSI with 230 horses and 370 Nm of torque. Of course there will be diesel models, while the R version will yield approximately 300 horses.
