BMW, the Germany car maker is expanding its new-gen BMW X5 lineup with the M50d model. This a new car scheduled to reach European dealerships on November 16th. For the American customers, will have to live without 2014 BMW X5 M50d since BMW doesn’t plan on bringing the third-gen X5 model stateside.
This car is powered by a Euro 6-compliant 3.0-liter 3-turbo engine 381 HP (280 kW) and 740 Nm (546 lb-ft). 2014 BMW X5 M50d power is sent to the xDrive all-wheel drive system through an 8-speed automatic gearbox, it’s can run 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 5.3 seconds.
Comes with a diesel, has a fuel consumption of 6.7 liters / 100 km (35.1 mpg US or 42.2 mpg UK) with CO2 emissions of 177 g/km. BMW says the new 2014 X5 model is 10+ % more economical than its the current.
