Citroen DS9 concept leaked? production version due most likely in 2014

The photo above is supposed reveals a future concept car will make its appearance soon, but you figure out at least what brand is it?

It features design details from many companies and so or is a rendering of a user of photoshop or indeed a company has borrowed details of cars BMW, Jaguar, Volvo, Buick, Lincoln and Citroen.

As much as I try to find what car it can not. My mind goes maybe it’s the Citroen DS9 Concept , after several joint details with the 9th Numero Concept. What do you think and what company is this mystery prototype?
