[Report] Ferrari considering a return to Le Mans, could compete as early as 2015

Ferrari is considering returning to the 24-hour race of Le Mans according to a report in the German Auto Motor und Sport. The German midfielder says the Scuderia will take the final decision in late 2013 with the race wearing the new 1.6-liters turbo V6 engine which is prepared by Ferrari for Formula 1.

This engine could meet the standard of Le Mans with Stefano Domenicali has recently declared that Ferrari looks “pretty interesting project” on the new turbo engine 1.6-liters.
