Mercedes-Benz working on a GL Coupe, could be launched in 2016

The Audi prepares Q8, the BMW with X7 and so the Mercedes-Benz will also have to pull the market the coupe version of the Mercedes-Benz GL-Class. The five-door crossover rumored to be called the GLC (GL Coupe) and will go on sale in 2016. It has a sloping roofline and compared with the GL-Class will have new bumpers, new grille, new lights and a slightly updated interior with sporty touches.

Machines will be equipped with the same range of petrol and diesel wearing the Mercedes-Benz GL-Class which will be combined and the new 9-speed automatic transmission.

Will be manufactured in the factory of Mercedes-Benz in the U.S. city of Tuscaloosa, in the same factory to be built and MLC (ML Coupe) which is scheduled to go on sale in 2015.
