The BMW Welt 100.000th handed the car of BMW Group yesterday, Thursday 25/07/2013. The lucky winner was Helmut Marxen a businessman from the city of Sylt, Germany, who received from the head of a BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo Sportline and a BMW X3.

The cars were delivered by Thomas Muderlak, head of BMW Welt, the lucky winning Marxen also a meal at Welt, a tour and a chance to see up close the DTM race this weekend.

Everyday BMW delivers from 80 to 120 cars in the Welt, and some days it can deliver up to 160 cars. Hosted by Welt and BMW Museum which features 120 cars from the 90-year history of BMW. There are 25 exhibition halls and about 400,000 people visit the museum each year.

The Welt, means the world, and every year, BMW welcomes over 2 million visitors since 2007 opened its gates. The BMW Welt, in addition to the delivery area and the museum also features interactive exhibits that show how the research and development division of BMW, the design department and production, as well as conference rooms, concert halls and the Junior Campus for younger guests. Finally, visitors can visit the main plant of BMW, where it manufactures the 3 Series and the majority of engines.
