The VW Golf GTI, regardless of generation, is the darling of breeders … especially German brands. So, with the launch of the new Golf GTI, the HG Motorsport got a job so that we now present three packages of improvement with ever increasing horsepower.
In the first package, the engine under normal road conditions yield 230 horses and 350Nm of torque, pulls 263 horses and 376Nm. The package includes carbon import, new exhaust and bigger intercooler. If you as an owner, want and reprogram the ECU, then go to the second package in which the engine delivers 289 horses and 405Nm of torque while further refinement of the program, the numbers go up slightly to 302 horses and 444Nm.
The third package, and you looked I could not find what is included, giving six horses above and cast torque to 435Nm … yes, I’m as surprised as you … If, however, exclude the first sub-phase of the second stage do not understand for there is a third phase is just weird since the gain in horsepower does not justify the loss in torque, the figures are promising, given the minimum time has been in circulation model. I guess it’s safe to assume that we have a lot to see.
