Jenson Button drives the McLaren P1 at Goodwood Festival of Speed

The McLaren gave thunderous present at this year’s home event, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, as the driver of the racing department, Vodafone McLaren Mercedes, Jenson Button ran the narrow path of the hill, the brand new hypercar the British company, the McLaren P1.

The British driver finished the 1.86 miles in about 53 seconds and he said that the car has “too much power but not the likes o bumpy road full of Goodwood Festival of Speed”. He added that P1 has amazing amounts of grip and was glad the whole experience.

In the engine compartment there is even gold leaf that helps heat dissipation.

The engine works with a 7-speed automatic transmission from Graziano. 0-100 km/h makes less than 3 seconds, the 0 to 200 km/h to less than 7 seconds, while the 0-300 km/hour makes in less than 17 seconds, 23% faster (or within 5 seconds if you prefer) than did the McLaren F1. Regarding the final speed is limited electronically to 350 km/h.
