For the first time seeing spy photos of cabrio version of the new 2014 BMW 4-Series. The Open 4-Series was caught circulating in Italy and features a retractable hardtop while the car again and the M package.
Under the hood, the open new BMW 4-Series will be equipped with the same engines found in the coupe. This will initially be available with three engines, the 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo Performance 245 hp and 350 Nm torque (version 428i), the 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo Performance 306 hp and 400 Nm torque (version 435i) and the 2.0-liter turbodiesel performance 184 hp. All engines will be mated to either a 6-speed manual gearbox, or an 8-speed automatic, which would send the traffic to the rear axle.
Later added to the range and a 2.0-liter engine performance 184 horsepower, and a 3.0-liter turbodiesel performance 254 and 309 hp. The construction will start in November at the BMW plant in Regensburg with sales to start at the beginning of 2014.
