Drayson Racing releases video of world speed record-breaking attempt for lightweight EV, managed to reach 204.2 mph

Drayson Racing has the video of the record made ​​by the B12 69/EV, with his driver, Paul Drayson, to catch the runway of RAF Elvington length 3 km, a top speed of 328.63 km/h.

The B12 69/EV time carbon fiber chassis and a Lola LMP1 machine equipped with four electric motors which are powered by a battery 30 kWh. The previous record was held by Battery Box General Electric from 1974 to 281.64 km/h.
