Audi is preparing a hydrogen cell engine which will be fitted to Audi A7. The tests will begin in August with the engine perhaps borrows from that of the original Audi Q5 Hybrid Fuel Cell (HFC).
To Audi Q5 using two high-pressure hydrogen tanks 700 bar and had a polymer electrolyte membrane PEM (polymer electrolyte membrane) produced 98 kW (133 horses). The lithium-ion battery capacity was 1.3 kWh, with movement transported via two electric motors deliver a total of 90 kW (122 hp) with 420 Nm of torque.
