Hyundai i20 WRC begins testing

Hyundai announced that it has just completed the first successful test of earthen Hyundai i20 WRC. We know that the Korean car will officially participate in the institution of the World Rally Championship from next year starting in January with the race in Monte Carlo. The drivers of the team wrote 550 km with engineers team to collect and analyze valuable vehicle data and more specifically the 1.6-liter turbo engine.

According to general manager of the team, Michel Nandan:

Our first test was quite positive. I think we are starting from a good base that we can use to keep working. It (the test) was vital considering the tight schedule we have until the end of the year.

The Korean company has other eight months to develop and improve the weaknesses of the car. It is quite good to start again to put new teams in the institution to regain its prestige and momentum it deserves.
