Porsche: “Panamera S-E Hybrid consumed 4.4 liters/100 km during 42 journalist test drives”

The Porsche during event did at Hockenheim for the German journalists to present them with the Porsche Panamera S-E Hybrid, announced that all 42 cars participated, managed and covered 1,200 km, with actual average consumption of 4.4 liters/100km. The best value recorded was 2.8 litres/100 km, while Porsche has announced that the car has an official average fuel consumption NEDC 3,1 litres/100 km.

The path length was 28.7 km with 6.5 km to take place in the town of Hockenheim, the 9.2 km on country roads and 13 on the Autobahn.

The Porsche Panamera S-E Hybrid combines a gasoline engine and an electric motor performance 70 kW (95 bhp), twice the performance of the previous motor (34 kW – 47 hp). Powered by a lithium-ion battery 9,4 kWh which recharges in 2.5 hours using a quick charger and 4 hours using simple household outlet.

Has an average consumption of 3.1 litres/100 km and just 71 g/km emission of CO2. The purely electric autonomy amounts to 36 km, which was confirmed in practice. In terms of top speed when running exclusively on the electric motor, is 135 km/h. 0-100 km/h makes in 5.5 seconds and has a top speed of 270 km/h.
