A special Shooting Brake version of the 2009 Maserati Quattroporte will come to auction off the house RM Auctions day after Saturday.
The car is one of four built by Touring Superleggera, the former President of Ducati, Carlo Bonomi. The wheelbase of 3064 mm counts and under the bonnet is a V8 4.2-liter 395 hp engine performance with the motion to transfer to the rear wheels through a 6-speed automatic transmission. It also has hydraulic disc brakes, independent suspension at each end, double wishbone and torsion.
He made his debut at the event Villa d’Este Concorso d’Eleganza 2009 and is painted in metallic forest green with gold stripes and forged aluminum wheels 19 inch Borrani Bimetal. Other changes compared to normal road model include the 7-inch screens mounted in the front headrests, a fridge and reclining rear seats and finally a hidden closet which can accommodate two shotguns.
