BMW explains how the 3-Series Touring came to life

To channel the BMW has released a video that explains how born the the BMW 3-Series Touring version.

Must go back in the mid 80′s when the engineer of the company, Max Reisböck, wanted to go on holiday with his family but then BMW did not have the necessary space to fit things an entire family. Like this created the desire to build a car that is capable of carrying passengers and luggage of a family and initially created the Touring version of a corrupted 3-Series sedan.

He proposed the idea to the Board of BMW and immediately agreed to the new style car. The latest version of 3-Series Touring offers 495 liters of storage space, 35 more than its predecessor.
