According to the head of the global planning of car Nissan, Andy Palmer, the next generation Nissan Qashqai to be released next year will not be offered a variant plus two seats. Nevertheless there is a seven-seater crossover in the range of Japanese company but not done the same way.
According to inside information the new Qashqai will be available exclusively five-seater, whereas the Nissan X-Trail will have a seven-seat version. The next generation of the Nissan X-Trail will probably be presented in September 2013 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Qashqai is expected to resemble the Nissan Hi-Cross Concept, is scheduled to occur in November and will be released next year with similar values with the current model.
A plug-in hybrid version is also rumored that it will come out in 2015.
