New Holden Commodore SS V (Video)

Last week, Holden (GM’s Australian subsidiary) had the Commodore VF. This week it’s the turn of the Holden Commodore SS sports version V. What in Australia means a saloon with a jug of horses. In that, we are all equal. Regarding the VF Commodore, the SS V has a body kit, a smaller grille, a new front bumper. At the rear, plus the new spoiler, we find four tailpipes.

As with the VF Commodore, Holden does not want to reveal, for now, the mechanics under the hood. This rear-drive sedan V8 equip a catalog of Chevrolet. It speaks of the 6.2-liter LT1 equipping the Camaro (model derives the Commodore) and the Corvette Stingray . Interestingly, the presented model is fitted with a manual 6 relations, but the SS V have an automatic. Moreover, it seems that the Commodore SS V will, with minor changes in its aesthetics, the new Chevy SS Sports Sedan.
