Many are the problems you’re encountering Fisker with its first product, the Fisker Karma. And the car looks aesthetically level technical approach and we love it. But it has faced calls to review, battery issues, and the general public doubts about its reliability. As if the problems were not enough, A123 , battery supplier manufacturer, went bankrupt, and now will pass to of a Chinese company.

Given this situation, and after the end of the holiday period last September, Valmet, the manufacturer responsible for assembling the Fisker Karma, not resumed production. Fisker says it has a stock of batteries for the Fisker Karma A123 saved, and has to Valmet “stop” on request, waiting to confirm an agreement with the new owner of Fisker Karma A123. Fisker says the stock of units that the Fisker Karma now has enough to meet the demands of customers at the moment.

It is said that, in total, would have produced about 1,900 units in total Fisker Karma. Production should resume in the second quarter, according to whether the A123 is specified, but the truth is that things do not look quite right for this manufacturer extended range electric that we love. Hopefully the situation to a successful conclusion, and we can see the Atlantic Fisker production soon among us.
